Blitz 2 exhaust set up

My take on the exhaust set up, rc40 silencer, suspension mounts just being fabricated and to minimise stress fractures I have put in a flexible joint which I seen on “Max’s” buggy.

Hi Boilerman, where did you get your 180 degree pipe bend. Did you buy or fab yourself?

Did you go stainless for the pipe work?

Hi 250, got it from demon tweeks and I have stayed with mild steel so I could cut and weld the first sections as it leaves the lcb.i will probably spray it with high temp exhaust paint.

Prices vary like crazy with mandrel bent tubing. Ebay can be a good shout.

I got my bend from Piper craft i think in stainless it was £10
