Concealed brake lines

I am running a steel box section from front to rear in order to neatly run all the electrical cables and keep them out of the cockpit. Would anyone know if you can also run the brake and clutch lines through a similar conduit ?
On IVA/MOT do the lines need to be 100% inspectable ?

Hi Boilerman, my brake lines are mounted underneath the centre tunnel (and clipped to the floor) so only the end points in the engine bay and nose of the buggy are visible - when I did the IVA they looked at the pipework around the master cylinders but were not bothered about the straight runs through the centre of the vehicle - I would say you should be totally fine but make sure they are anchored in some way so they cannot move around within the box section - may be make it a U section below and one slightly larger that fits over the top to cover everything? then if you need to get to it you can

Or consider using braided hoses then there is not so much a need for them to be clipped within the channel where they can't be seen.
