I'm thinking of using this for interior flooring, have anyone used similar & should I glue it or will it stay In place?

I have some of that! It looks great in the footwell. I haven't actually decided whether or not to glue it in place or have it removable for ease of cleaning. Mines cut so it fits really snugly and won't move around, so I think you could get away without gluing it
