Hi Folks,
I am calling to all my fellow buggy men and women.
My Joyner 650 is currently being registered for road legal use. I have sent in forms to DVLA but the one thing we are stuck on is date stamping it!
I know its a 2005 model but as its 3rd hand all the original documentation is lost. One of the things they have advised is they may accept confirmation for Owners clubs or enthusiasts. Thats where you guys come in. Please could you all take a look at the pictures below and confirm its a 2005.
