Seat belts

Can anyone tell me if my seat belts look right? With it being important from a safety point of view I'm keen to have it done correctly. I have a couple of questions:

1) Is this the correct bolt to use on the bit that mounts at the top? Looks a lot shorter than the the thread on the freestyle.

2) Do I leave the spacer things on there?

3) Do the other 2 anchor points both attach into the same place? Have I got it set up right in the next 2 photos?

4) The reel part is free and loose to rotate - is this right?

5) I cut off a little bit of the back of the reel part - I'm 99% it doesn't affect the safety of the belts but if anyone knows different, please let me know!

6) Finally, has anyone fitted harnesses? Did this require further welding or are there ways to fit them without?

Cheers!  :)

Looks fine Dave, I would take off one of the spacers on the top mount, yes you do have to remove the stickyout thing on the back of the reel.

, well done Dave for doing a bit lol. mmm I'm still here looking around and reading up.

Still no buggy as it's down at Andy Baloo's having some welding mods done when he's got time,  ;D

It's got to be said, thats the smallest Claw Hammer I've ever seen

Yeah, I've been bitten by the bug a little over the past few days. An old mate convinced me that it would be fun on the drag strip so I'm going to try to get it finished and have some fun in a field or something and then maybe get it set up for the 1/4 mile.

Might even try IVA-ing it if I still have the interest this time next year...
