Stalling/Running Issues

I have a Quadzilla, PGO Budrider 250 (BR250)
I was driving up a hill, Road not Dirt, and it just lost power. i rolled to a stop then it cut out. i tried to start up, and it just kept turning. i left if for about 10 mins, and tried again. It started. i drove around for a wile, all was fine. went to my sisters, plated in the pool. Later on, we went back out on it, again, Uphill, Lost Power, Rolled to stop and Cut out. Only this time, It just won't fire Up. Unless i take Air box off.. Ive had the Carb off and Cleaned it all up, Blasting air through and Carb Cleaner. It didn't even look dirty at all. infact looks pretty new.
Any ideas from anyone would be amazing.

I would take it to a mechanic that knows Quadzillas... I have zero experience with them

No experience of Quadzilla's unfortunately, but does it run okay without the air box? Does t keep running uphill without it?

It idles high with box off. then after a while, the revs drop and cuts out. or if i give it a rev, they come down and stalls.. haven't tried it out on the road with box off. Thanks

start with the basics
