Re: Kit Car Photos

Danny remind me tomorrow evening to take you some pictures of the pedal box it's adjustable, it has about 5 different settings, might be an idea for your long legs & little cockpit

Re: Kit Car Photos

Well if you're looking for one I may have the perfect car, it's already running the Type 9 gearbox, so it's a straight fit for you & will be a lot cheaper than that knock off, hopefully it will be through MOT by the end of the week, just got to change 2 balljoints & then it will be for sale...

Re: Kit Car Photos

The V5C 'could' be correct if it was registered as a kit before 1998 anything could be on the as the description, I've just bought another kit which has Alpha Romeo Formular 27 as the description but I have all the paperwork to say it was registered in 1995 so all is good, I'm hoping when the V5C c...

We did Mini in the park there 12 years ago (guess) not sure they ever went back it was just a mud pit, to say it's an International venue for drag racing it's to me an embarrassment

Surprised I've not seen it around, although I rarely go 4 miles down the road to Worksop, I've never heard of a Morris Unknown, was it a development vehicle ;D ;D

Re: Engine removal

I think Danny has had a few ciders & thought the image through your cylinder head was the bar you'd cut out. A few people have cut that out & not replaced it, it was mainly there to get the chassis square when welding up & slightly safer when handling afterwards. Others have made it bol...

Re: How to Add Photos To The Forum

Photobucket no longer works, I have started to use https://imgbb.com/ you can upload your images, then view the image, in the top right hand corner there is a icon for Embed Codes, choose the BBCode one that suits your needs.

Re: ChaosMotorSport MKII Buggy Engine Swap Discussion Thread

Brilliant work Rich, those rear arms look beefy, was it necessary to for them to be so big when they are only connected by 16mm bolts/rose joints?

Re: New member saying HI + some questions

Unfortunately new chassis's aren't available, but they do come up for sale every now & again, I was just about to sent you a link to one currently for sale but it looks like it was snapped up, but at the price being asked I'm not surprised.

Re: Panniers Storage Boxes

Sorry no they were bought at Stoneleigh, they were bolted just through the top rails, but I was in the process of welding in threaded inserts which I think is a better way of doing it.

Re: Mr Bumble's Rebuild

So a 7 hour round trip resulted in a new subframe for Bumble, it's been blasted, zinc dipped & then powder coated, just need time now to swap it over https://i.ibb.co/3Tv868Y/20190525-155150.jpg This was one of the reasons it took so long, 3/4 hour to travel less than a mile on the A38, water m...
