I dont have the kids excuse anymore (as they are up longer than me nowadys !! at 17 and 20) I just need to get my finger out and brave the cold!!

Hi Rob, if your vehicle weight is that low you will have to class it as a Quad! - there is a totally different set of rules for Quad and Heavy Quad (under 400KG) I would go and check the Gov website for the motorcyle version of the IVA document Alan linked to above. Alan, yeah and there will be a delay at the DVLA too, just tried to sort my Daughters provisional licence out today and that has a 3 month waiting time now!! - so who knows how long they will take registering a kitcar eh!
