WOW - what it would be like to have that much space to play in, the missus would never see me again!!!
And its progressing really well - are you putting tube along the sides to stop yourself falling out or are you thinking of a tubular door/brace kind of thing?

So a little more work on the buggy, got the oil system plumbed in, from sandwich plate to external oil filter then through a thermostatic oil valve and finally through the oil cooler and back to the sandwich plate. Alan, yeah very stiff mate, had to put those in as had an issue with one of the spring seats at the front it was totally knackered and had to be cut off, and when I ordered the replacement part from AVO who made the shocks (and still make the same size) they sent me the parts, and they didnt fit - o...

Had a similar problem with the vw clutch cylinder it has a very similar fitting - in the end i found a scap skoda and used the one off it as couldnt find one new!
