Well,

Even though I have not been posting I have been putting in some hours here and there and today I got to a bit of milestone... I managed to get gear selection to work...

The initial set up is sa bodged but it proves what i have done has worked so I will probably remake it or just tidy it up :D I need to change the rod ends and I slightly bent the gear stick cable end as well but I am not replacing the cables unless that breaks :D

I have also made the radiator brackets and had planned on plumbing it all in but the problem I have at the moment is that I need to get from 25mm to 19mm and I cant find an adapter to do that so I cant carry on until I do.

I have also sussed out the brake and clutch lines so they are all ready to make up and run...

So the theory is that the worst of the build is over.. apart from electrical wiring... which I am actually confident that I can do that myself now.

then it is bodywork and dash etc...

I feel progress is very slow but it is still moving forward

I have been doing a few little jobs on the mojo and finally finished the gear selector adapter and it works well

I bought some track rod ends for the gear selector ends as the standard MGF ones were shagged.

Tomorrow I am putting teh exhaust manifold on properly and getting engine mounts back in so I can plumb in brakes and clutch lines etc
