Postby Diesel Destroyer » Fri Nov 06, 2009 9:20 am

Hi all..

What road legal mud tyres are out there?

I have a set of 22x15x10 Good year mud runners on another buggy.. but sadly they aint road legal..

I can source loads of 15" mud tyres (195x75x15 etc)

But want something in 13"

Anyone got any ideas??

Regards

That was a link aaages ago, I think they may have even gone out of business.... In terms of mud tyres, and autograss tyres have to be road legal to meet autograss regulations. Hope that helps :)

ok, I didn't notice the date,..... but I found the malatesta tyres 165/70/13 M+S tyres on another site, they look suitably W-I-D-E......my road tyres are 205/60/13 at the moment, but I keep getting tyre wear on n/s/r only on my Blitz2 due to its use of flimsy mini steering rack inner for rear hub location, as I cannot find any plans to make up the track control brackets that the freestyle guys are using... When I 1st got it, the 185/70/13 Kingpin M+S tyres were really VERY good on road and off, due to very soft compound.
