I’ve started the wiring at last.

fuel tank position.

Second hand digidash purchased and ready to install when the wiring phase starts.

Accelerator and choke cable supports and brackets within the cockpit.

Accelerator and choke cable supports within the engine bay to minimise the risk of an IVA fail due to unsupported cables.

Rear lights and number plate support fitted, pvc edging yet to be applied.

New gear linkage using new uj and closer fitting sliding components, all painted and installed. Two gearbox steady bars fitted.

New shock absorber mounting bracket welded and painted, far better than the bent bolt welded to the chassis.

Exhaust in place and welded up, the support frame for the rear lights and number plate attached and painted.

Fuel line and clutch hydraulic line, support bracket and route.

A few updates of the engine in place and new ali radiator. Temp wiring to get it running.

Has anyone got a chequer plate curved nose they wish to sell ? I realise it was made for the original buggy and not my Blitz 2 but if it looks ok on I could use it as a base template and fabricate/form a tailor made item for mine. Cheers

My take on the exhaust set up, rc40 silencer, suspension mounts just being fabricated and to minimise stress fractures I have put in a flexible joint which I seen on “Max’s” buggy.
