Update time, its been far too long since the last update but things get in the way of building this monster !! However I have to say we are very close now, I got the handbrake working this week, and started the conversion for the wheel arches, I am re-using part of the old brackets and the original fibreglass arches but the mounting positions have all changed so im going to have to fill in some holes and repair or re-cover the arches, so here are the new rear brackets - need some cleaning up and powder coating yet but you get the idea:

and in position:

Front ones tacked together:

And finally a side view with the rear arch sat on the mounts, not fastened down or anything but gives you an idea of what they will look like:

Going to finish off the brackets clean them all up and getthem to the powder coaters this week (im on my hols :) ) then its MOT time!!! - I have also booked the buggy in to be corner weighted and the local motorsports area of the college with Steve as the rear springs need changing they are a little under rated now due to the additional weight of the engine so will need changing but they do hold it up ok so far :)
