Hi,

Have you spoken to Dave about couriers? He mentioned a bad experience in the past with one when I picked up.

But the chassis (A series version) would fit in a box (length x width x height) of (90" x 48" x 42") give or take an inch or two on the length (difficult to measure in my cluttered garage). I think all the other parts will fit inside the chassis if suitably packaged.

(thats 2286mm x 1220mm x 1067mm for imperially challenged couriers )

If you decide to hire a van to pick up (might actually work out cheaper) I got an VW LT28 and it fitted fine. (see this thread on the old forum (http://www.gossiping.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=191&mforum=muddybuggies)

Good luck.

Wow just used theaa.com & it says it's 577 miles & will take 9hrs 40mins 1144 miles on a round trip that's some journey, didn't think Britain was that big.

Another alternative might be to have words with local haulage companies, they may do it as a backload (when they come back empty) if they have anyone going down that far.
