Howie 650 where to buy

Hi, I have been searching the internet for the Joyner 650. I wanted to buy one years ago as a kit (Storm buggies which was just outside Lewes), and stumbled upon this site and the article below saying you can pick one up for £4199 inc.Vat.

Any ideas where you can actually buy one for this money? I can't see it anywhere, just the 800i which is nearer 10k.

The freestyle looked interesting but apparently they are not available anymore new?

Thanks Danny, that makes sense then, will start looking for a 2nd hand one then. Thought that was a good price, £10k seems steep. Cheers.
