As the title says Im looking for a rubber gaitor or something along that line to cover up the sharp edges on the mini handbrake lever.

What have you guys used ?

And was it sva proof ?

I made one from some leather look-a-like stuff, just made a cone shape, I stiched up the edge when the fabric joined, I then turned it inside out , put the end over the handbrake and used a cable tie to tie it to the lever handel then pulled it back over itself to cover up the rest of the lever.

Strictly speaking you don't need to do anything with it. if this makes sense

anything below 150mm above the seat base height is exempt

I got a set from ebay! Cost me about £9 for the handbrake gaitor and gear gaitor, i have modified the gear gator and cut it down. I have also turned up a aluminium gear surround that bolts the gaitor into place, my centre tunnel looks almost the same as yours apart i have done mine from Aluminium compisite sheet, and its white  ;)
