Just received this through from Kevin Musson organiser of the Newark Event.

Hi,
This news may be of interest to owners of Off Road vehicles. Over the weekend of the Newark Kit Car Show, 19/20 June, The East Midlands Off Road Club (EMORC) is organising an event for charity on the Off Road Course. The course is located near our Public Car Parking. The club will be offering to drive passengers round the course for a donation to Air Ambulance. Anyone wishing to be driven round the course will be able to choose which of the club vehicles they would prefer. The club are contacting the Air Ambulance to see if it is possible for the Helicopter to make an appearance at the Off Road Course.

EMORC is an MSA registered club and  have the ability, public insurance etc. to run an off road event. The event is organised by them and is only open to their members.  They scrutineer their members vehicles before they are allowed on the course. The club is happy to accept new members and if you are interested in joining them please contact them. If you are interested in becoming a member we would recommend that you get in touch with them before the event, we do not know how many vehicles they can accept for this event.

Details and contact are on their website.

The drive from yours is not too bad. Now Southampton may be a bit of a drive.
Newark is located just outside Nottingham.
