Rear Camber Angle

After attending Stoneleigh it became quite apparent my rear steering issues may stem from having postive camber on the rear wheels. So back I've come & it seems I have 4 options, 1 degrees, 2 degrees, 2.5 degrees or adjustable but will still need to know how much to adjust them by..

Any ideas?

I once found a document writen by ABS which detailed some values for Camber, caster and Toe for front and rear. I can't find the original link but I've typed in that section along with some recomendations and explanations of setting up camber, caster, toe bump steer ect into the follwowing document.
