see new or unread posts

Hi chaps , new board looks good but how do I see new posts or unread posts since my last visit ? it was easy on the old board just clicked the new posts button and read or deleted what I was interested in etc but now ???

YUp I have gone back to standard...lol I will tweak it a bit but dot have time at the moment
