VIN Plates

Guys, I'm looking around for a blank VIN plate to have engraved and im struggling to find a simple one, looking at the IVA test docs the VIN plate has to show the Manufacturer and the VIN number everything else seems optional

So I know a while ago HolyCount did a batch of plates what were they like ? - I have found the VIN-plates.co.uk site but they all seem either to contain too much info or they dont have a manufacturer box

Any thoughts?

I just cut a rectangle of 2mm aluminium plate, letter stamped it, scribed a box round the weights and riveted it on.

lilspeed, i checked the regs and it says the weights are optional, or am i missing something?

The weight information is only necessary on the chassis manufacturer’s plate

I looked at the VIN plate on my daily and it seemed to tie in with what was described in the IVA manual, so I sort of copied that!
