What's your ride height?

I have adjustable ride height at the rear but not sure how high to set it. Anyone have any suggestions for field use?

I've just bought on eBay some front Hi-Lows for the rear of my Blitz2,..... can anyone enlighten me as to how I go about fitting them?

Assuming it has a standard Mini front subframe at the back, the Hi-Lo's replace the standard aluminium cones that are currently there.
