Have anyone got a screen they no longer use & would be prepared to sell ? If not any advice on cutting Perspex.

Just buy a piece of perspex & make one, I may still have my black one I had on for one season but didn't like not being able to see the nearside front wheel. Although I'm not sure anybody elses will fit, as they are very much personal choice.

If it's smaller than 18 inches by 12 I can cut it on my laser depending on what you are after

What about a crash hat with visor?

A screen will take the wind off your head... a crash hat is good and I wear one but a wind deflector is better
