Apache 150cc GY6 engine problems

Can anyone help? I have an Apache 150cc GY6 SuperBug which has an engine problem - when the buggy is on the ground, the engine starts and idles fine, but when you give it some gas, it bogs down and the buggy doesn't even move! However, if you jack the buggy up and rev the engine, it seems to rev fine and the wheels spin. Put the buggy back on the ground and the same problem occurs. If have changed the piston rings and adjusted the valves. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated as I'm at a bit of a lost cause now, as I don't know a lot about these engines.

clutch plate not contacting ? drive not engaging ? if engine works and runs and revs fine then its not input it's output so look at your clutch engaging or if it's direct drive the gearing cogs meshing etc ...good luck
