Now the proud owner of a stainless system. bit more rubbing down and more polishing needed but it works and sounds good with the r1 race can. :wink:

anyone intrested about it the manifold was from this ebay shop £74.99 plus delivery cheapest I've seen them sold for and real good quality welds *LINK*
bends were just 2" mandrel bends cleaned with wire brush wheel - 180 grit - 230 grit and polished on buff
