locking your project

Hi, cant seem to see the lock or unlock topic button ? like on the old site, have i missed it :

right as you can see I have started work again on this forum....

If a user locks a topic they cannot unlock it.... only mods can unlock it

so we will have to leave them unlocked.... fingers crossed everybody will get the idea and the gist
