Petrol tank

Hi can anyone tell me if the fire extinguisher  petrol tank has any chance of passing the IVA  it is sitting behind the driver  in the engine bay?

There's lots of discussions about this, it is thought that if a new bulkhead/firewall is put between the tank & the engine it 'should' be okay. But this is all theoretical until some-one actually presents one for IVA.

hi jon from Yeovil " i put a 6l extinguisher inside a 9l extinguisher made drain holes in bottom as i have one on each side 12l not much but could work ? . is this legal as it is seperated from both the eng and people,,
