Now the proud owner of a stainless system. bit more rubbing down and more polishing needed but it works and sounds good with the r1 race can. :wink: just have to see if the mot tester spots it :?

Hi wurzell whathave you done to the box on chris's old buggy I know about the 4 pin diff , Ihave to change out the diff oil seals leaking from both drive shafts if you have any tips. Cheers doug

Hi alan what trackrod ends did you use sprite or just standard mini and was there any reason you never went for the rose jointed trackrod ends?

Would you have a use for a voice server just I have access to a dedicated server using the teamspeak software so you could just have a chat ,bash out ideas etc etc and its free http://www.goteamspeak.com/ could set one up that would accomodate up to 20 users :D

I noticed that both alan's and steve's buggy's both had mini one wheels on at some point in thier lives how did you get them to fit properly as they are 100mm and not 4" PCD. Have you had the drive flanges done and hub adaptors for the back or some other method to center the wheels properly :?

slight oil leak at both cv joints at gearbox is this a common problem or a prelude to something more serious, I assume the drive shafts need taken out and new seals put in or are they internal to the box/diff.

anyone know where to source poly bushes for rear tie arm the backend is a bit twitchy above 50mph so I'm renewing all rear joints and wheel bearings. got local engineering company to have a bash at making the bushes from nylon in the mean time.
