Buggy insurance

Hi, All,

I'm looking to buy an S G Moon buggy in the very near future for both off- and on-road use, but am having great difficulty finding an Insurer. All the companies I'm contacting (all specialised ones from kit car and off-road magazines) are indicating that their underwriters do not cover this type of vehicle at the moment.

Can any of you recommend anyone?

Hmmmm very strange...

I always thought nothing was uninsurable???

I just renewed mine and it was £149 FC with £4500 agreed value

some insurance companies don't cover buggies over 6.5 k or 7k falcon don't
i am with bike-sure they give you a lot for your money , european break down , re-pat inc vehicle re-pat, legal cover, modification, clothing and personal equipment losses.

Adrian Flux mine is with £113 limited mileage, agreed value of £2k.
42 yr old fat twat with an Onyx Tomcat.
