Accident Damaged buggy

I had an accident in my buggy a week or two ago, on my last little cruise out in the buggy on the saturday before Rador was due to look at it on the sunday!! I wasn't thrashing it like people might think becuase it was my last trip in it, but as i was coming down my lane the farmer that is renting our farm pulled out of a gate way without looking with a bale grab on and hit the passanger side of the roll cage on my buggy! the damage done as far as i can see is just the roll cage, it has snapped the passanger side bit off and bent it back, and bent the roll cage abit! i believe all the work that would need to be done is bending the roll cage back and welding new bits on at the front. there are pictures of the buggy before the crash under 'charlie's freestyle' on the muddybuggies website. i also sent pictures into danny after the crash but they havent been put up yet!

I am going to have to sell the buggy due to going to work in america and wont have time to fix it myself so anyone that is interested either reply to this or email charlie_marks at hotmail dot com

Folks,

These are the images that Chesney has sent over to me, they are both frightening & reassurung at the same time. I'm glad I wasn't a passenger at the time :shock:

It's frightening to think what if, he'd been going a little quicker, if the tractor had been going a little quicker, if the the tractor had been 2 seconds earlier coming out of field, the brown trouser list goes on.

It's reassuring to see that it stood up to the impact quite well, probably better than I expected.

I am taking tomorrow off to hopefully catch of with all the maintenance I need to do on my websites so I should fingers crossed have photos from all the shows on tomorrow.

Come on..... that'll buff out with a bit of T Cut and dab of Colour Magic. I've got some decent Duct Tape that'll hold the loose bits down... you'll never notice man!
