hi started the buggy and took it out for a spin today for the first time since my boy was born ( he is now twelve weeks). it started first turn of the key.
no, no i cannot lie, she was a bitch to start.
removed tarp and cracked wheel arch.
refitted batt and cracked the casing whilst tightening the batt clamp. removed and fitted one off my mini.
she then span ok but would not fire. removed no.4 plug to check they are clean - well actually removed half the plug ( top half). then drilled out and extracted the rest of it. replaced with new.
ha ra, she then fired. But of course breaks were bound on, rev'd the balls of it and they freed.
top it off, missfired ( poss crap in fuel or water), batt flat in ipod and couldn't find my glasses.
once on the road had the best fun i have had in a long time. these babies are the biggest instant fun machine there is..
soo looking forward to the next time all the planets are aligned and the wife takes both kids out on a sunday afternoon - i will once again be feeling free as a bird, rain or shine. did i say i love my buggy????
