They look good andy,
Do you know what the cores are made of and how many? Do they flow well? Might be worth it instead of old knackered mini ones. Performance mini ones are twice as much than that!
Thanks,
Max :D

Adding to this found an alarmingly cheap ally 2 core mini rad from china. Could it just be a silver sprayed normal rad? lol.

Edit: Just found another company, Seems alright, as it is shipping for uk, and the writing sounds perfectly english. Can't be a trap, ebay is hard to con people as you get reported, money back etc. I'm tempted. ;D

Hi Mate,

Looks like you are planning something similar to me then with the rad at the front and moving the battery to the rear. This is the rad i will be using, very small slimline unit, although i don't know yet if it will cool it ok. Its a fiat chinqy one, got it from ebay for £40 delivered.

this link gives sizing, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FIAT-SEICENTO-CINQUECENTO-RADIATOR-NEW_W0QQitemZ280252956104QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item414060bdc8&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

and here is the pics, i reckon its perfect size to sit at the front nicely and has a take off for sensor and hoses are joined on the same side. Does need a seperate filling point but thats easily solved.

hi steve
you can have what ever you need in the way of ally sheet, we can just swap for the plates if thats ok,
can you tell me what the length of the 1" box section side/floor rails is, longest piece would be good, as Lee is coming down to see me tommorrow and is going to bring me some box  ;D and l could do with know how long the bits need to be

Nothing screws into the other end, the black plastic bit on the end is just a weird absess bit. Not too sure what its for? I need to get an in line water filler piece to top the radiator up but its a perfect size. I will get some pictures of it offered up on saturday so you can see what its like for room. And yes its off a fiat chinqy car, not the woman :D

sounds good to me so i will need to mount a fill bottle somewhere as well then

Im not going to have a fill bottle as such, im going to use one of these just next t the radiator and fill it from there. Its available from car builders solutions for about £25.

Steve, Fiat chinqy rad has 32mm conections for the hoses. Here is what the rad looks like offered up mate. Looks pretty good and a nice fit, only problem i see is that it will need 'U' shaped hoses on the end to bring them back around the back of the rad. Mine will then go through the centre where the battery currently is and then under the car.
