Mini based or small buggy wanted

Hi folks,
I am looking for a small buggy project ideally a freestyle but would consider anything like that.
Not too bothered what state it's in but would like to be able to make it road legal eventually!
Dorset area would be ideal up to £1500 cash waiting.
