What is the easiest (and without taking the skin off my knuckles) way of removing the oil filter on my freestyle.
Cheers

Ways I've done it in the past - not sure if they'll fit on the freestyle though...

1. Marigold
2. Batter screwdriver through filter (messy)
3. Use a Boa

4. Use a filter wrench - (a VERY handy tool imo) I like the ones with knurled legs

5. make a tuna can contraption with a bit of a handle welded on, fill it with some body filler, squidge it on and twist off

hope one helps somehow!

Managed to change the oil filter, lots of faffing about, both my filter wrenchs were useless so in the end took the housing off, The oil was like black water. Must get me one of those three leg wrench looks to be ideal. When jacking up the buggy I noticed that the radiator side engine mount is broken, the rubber is still ok but the metal has broken. So gonna change both tomorrow. Hopefully then I can get it running.
