Register a buggy for the road

Hi Everyone, I've got what I think is a quadzilla buggy, I want to register it for the road, I don't have any papers with it and wanted to know if there is anyone who can do this for me in the cambridgeshire area or tell me the way to do it please

You need to speak to the chickens at DVLA Swansea or your local office to see what hoops they want you to jump through (God Help You) If the local office is closer I would call in (you can't ring) as although Swansea hold the Bible, each office has a different version.
