sva requirements for anti-left device.

If memory serves me correct, you need 2 forms of anti-theft device, I was thinking of a normal key/ start system with a battery isolater swith with removable key. Does anyone have an opinion on this idea, as the sva book gives me a headache every time I open it.

If you are using the orginal Mini steering coloum you already have the 2 methods, the key & the steering lock. I did however put a battery isolating in as well just for good measrure & convenience, just remember if you do that you need to bypass this if you're using a digital speedo or anything that needs a permenant trickle feed.
