Top Arm Pin Removal

Finallly have manage to get a pass long enough to allow me to strip the frame right back!  Everything is off except for the modified top arms !!  For the life of me I can't get the pins out !!!!

Is there some trick to it ???

Kev, Don't forget to check your roller-barings aren't rusted/siezed and that hammering the pins out didn't damage the pin threads?!?!?
Like I did...  ::)

Erm .. one survived -- one didn't  :-[  Basically the collar behind the oval(ish) plate had all but welded itself in the hole in the frame -- after several good whacks it eventually flew ( literally) out --- new bits on order  :-\
