Hi all
I made it back safe and sound, hope the others did too. To say I was a little wet when I arrived home, would be an understatement. two nice days of weather and two complete days of rain. I will let Danny tell you what we did on the first wet day.

well i got back at 7.... can we not do north wales on the last day next year... far far to long a drive back for me :-(
thursday was interesting... got within 7 miles of the campsite and the buggy died... really bad eggy smell... battery was swollen... called the AA and got a tow truck to the campsite...
a few issues posibbly pants bit of positive battery cable that made the alternator overcharge the battery :-(
but on fridaymy pit crew got her back on the road again
I think alan still has a long bit of silicone hose that was spare....
saturday was a dry day and boshedabout the lanes... I also nearly christened simons danny bar for teh second time... i also have it on video.... damn close... all 4 wheels locked and tonnes of smoke.....
was a great day love the power of the k series....
today was a long arse drive back... I was pissing soaked.... then could not get the buggy in the garage cos some doosh had blocked the entrance.
overall a great weekend and glad that steve will have his K series conversion done for next year

Brilliant weekend despite the rain, will do a more write up when I have time, also got several hours of video to go through to see if we can get a few minutes of footage from.
Let's face it Danny North Wales was not the issue it was the weather, had it been a dry sunny day the drive back with the K would have been a doddle, I was completely submerged at one point, coming around a roundabout near Cannock I took my eyes off the road to see which exit on the roundabout I needed & missed the puddle/river/lake on the inside of the roundabout, which I hit about 30mph, the water came straight over the top of the buggy just like I had driven into a river. Unfortunately no video of it, the SatNav survived but I now need a new phone.

I thought you guys would have learnt by now to make Danny drive at the head of the convoy
Problem is Max we actually want to get somewhere, he has no sense of direction, however I do have to say that about an hour after this I pulled over & said that I had some good news & I had some bad news, the good news was that the SatNav said we were at the campsite, the bad news was the campsite couldn't be seen & was nowhere near where we were LOL
